Return Policy
If you shop online at www.greencarez.com, you have 14 days to return your order. Please let us know in advance that you would like to return an item. The return period begins on the day you receive the merchandise. Some items are excluded from this right; this will be indicated during the ordering process.
If the deadline falls on a holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following Monday. If multiple items are ordered in a single order but delivered separately, or if an item is delivered in batches, the deadline begins on the date the last item is received.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the merchandise is properly packaged. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, please keep the postal receipt and the tracking number. Please return the items unused and in the same condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse products if the packaging is damaged or if they cannot be resold for any other reason. All original packaging, price tags, etc., must be returned with the product without any alterations.
To exercise your right to return, you must submit a clear statement via email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
RETURNS:
If you return an item, we will refund the purchase price. If you would like to exchange it for a different item or color, you can place a new order in our online store. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for other products. We will refund the purchase price, and you will need to place a new order yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you received a discount on your first order, we’ll make sure you receive the same discount on the “correct” item—just contact service@greencarez.com and we’ll find a suitable solution.
If you’re returning an item, please place it in the original packaging with all tags and all included items. The packaging must be undamaged, so please be careful when wrapping the box with tape or similar materials.
Shop Thoughtfully
Returns have an impact on both the environment and the economy. They result in additional packaging waste and increase our emissions. That’s why we ask you to shop thoughtfully. We should only order items that we’re likely to keep. You’ll find size charts and other helpful product information on all our products. Please use this information when shopping so that we can avoid unnecessary returns.
If you shop carefully and do not return any items, we’ll give you a €15 discount on your next purchase. If your order is not marked for return, you’ll automatically receive the coupon directly in your inbox. Thank you for your attention.
Proof of Purchase and Return Form:
You must include a copy of your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Processing will also be easier if you include a completed return form.
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or defective due to our fault, the consumer is not liable for the resulting shipping costs.
The consumer has the right to cancel an order within seven days of successfully placing it. This provision is intended to give consumers sufficient time to consider factors such as impulse purchases and changes in information. The consumer can cancel their order by clicking the “Cancel” button in the order management system. The system will provide immediate confirmation. Once the order is finalized, the consumer has the right to negotiate the cancellation with the retailer.
